The Masters in Educational Leadership Cohort Track program is a 10-course (5-semester) cohort model program, delivered primarily online with a face-to-face or virtual meeting on three Saturdays for each course. The program is available to educators who have two years of experience under a valid teaching or pupil services license. Upon completion of the program and passage of the Ohio Assessment for Educators, candidates will receive a Master’s degree and endorsement from Cleveland State University for their Principal’s License.
The Program of Study includes relevant, job embedded topics including school reform, education policy, school operations, and technology.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Application requires two letters of reference and recent scores from the Graduate Record Examination. Students must meet with an advisor to design a program of study.
